Mushroom Hot Chocolate
Rich, smooth and comforting, our Mushroom Hot Chocolate combines premium cocoa with our own British-grown Lion's Mane and Shiitake mushrooms, lightly sweetened with coconut sugar and finished with warming cinnamon, ginger and vanilla.
Approx. 150g | Serves 5-10
Simply mix with hot milk or water and whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount to suit your taste for a lighter or richer hot chocolate. Perfect for a cosy evening drink or a warming treat whenever you fancy something a little different.

Cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: E501i, acid: citric acid), coconut sugar, Lion's Mane mushroom powder, coconut milk powder (organic coconut milk, organic tapioca maltodextrin), Shiitake mushroom powder, cinnamon powder, sea salt, vanilla bean powder, ground ginger
Use Information
1. Mix 15–30 g of hot chocolate with 200 ml of hot oat, almond, soy, coconut or dairy milk, or hot water for a lighter drink.
2. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of mix to suit your taste.
Delicious on its own or topped with frothed milk, marshmallows, whipped cream or a dusting of cocoa or cinnamon.
Storage Information
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Check best before date on label.
Reseal the pouch after opening to maintain freshness. Best enjoyed within 3 months of opening.
