Refunds and returns on perishable goods
Unfortunately, we do not offer any return policy due to the fact that we are selling perishable goods. Refunds are therefore not available. For any quality issues, please email sales@meritmushrooms.co.uk.

Refunds and returns on non-perishable goods
Returns may be available on the following non-perishable goods:
- Mushroom growing bags
- Substrate materials such as pellets
- Magnetic stir bars
Items to be refunded must be in the same state as when received and must not be used or opened.
Please email us at sales@meritmushrooms.co.uk if there are any items that you wish to return.
