This Fresh Gourmet Mushroom Mix includes 1kg of finest selection of exotic and Oyster mushrooms available. Picked and packed carefully for you on the day of dispatch, the mix will include 6 of the following mushroom species, equally split amongst exotic and Oyster variants, depending on availability:
Any 3 of the following:
- Lion's Mane Mushrooms
- Shiitake Mushrooms
- Maitake Mushrooms
- Golden Enoki Mushrooms
- Velvet Pioppini Mushrooms
- Nameko Mushrooms
- White Shimeji Mushrooms
- Brown Shimeji Mushrooms
- Coral Tooth Fungus Mushrooms
and any 3 of the following:
- Blue Oyster Mushrooms
- Pink Oyster Mushrooms
- Black Pearl Oyster Mushrooms
- Summer Oyster Mushrooms
- Yellow Oyster Mushrooms
- King Oyster Mushrooms
All of our mushrooms are grown on natural, wood-based substrates with no chemicals being used. We harvest our mushrooms at the optimum stage to ensure a long shelf life and the best possible taste.
We aim to have all our fresh mushrooms ready to dispatch whenever there is an order, but because it is a growing fungi sometimes dispatch may take longer. We will get in touch if this is the case.
Fresh Gourmet Mushroom Mix
Wash before use. Remove all packaging.
These mushrooms work well in stir-fries, pastas and risottos.
We highly recommend to try sautéing these mushrooms separately in a pan with some salt and oil to distinguish their true taste.
