How Pre-Orders Work
Choose the variety and place your pre-order with 10% off.
We confirm your order by email. Your order will be dispatched the week before Christmas to arrive just in time.
When the parcel arrives, the kit should be opened on Christmas day. If your recipient cannot open it by then, they should get in touch and we will advise based on their situation.
If you are coordinating gifts for different people, you can add a note at checkout or contact us and we will help you plan.
Simple Care That Sets Beginners Up For Success
Placement: choose a living room, dining room, or hallway. Fresh air matters. High oxygen and lower carbon dioxide give the best results. We do not recommend bathrooms because they can harbour mould and bacteria.
Light: bright but indirect light is ideal. Avoid hot, direct sun or a spot next to a radiator.
Misting: begin misting as soon as the opening is made and continue misting every day until harvest. Misting is a continuous process, not a one off. After harvest, keep misting to stimulate the next flush.
Timelines: growth may take longer than estimated due to room conditions. Do not be alarmed if pins take time. If anything looks unusual or slow, we are happy to help.
The first harvest is guaranteed when instructions are followed and the kit is opened within the date stamped on the growing kit. Further harvests depend on ongoing care and the environment at home.
