Shiimake is a Belgian-style, top-fermented beer enriched with Shiitake mushrooms grown by Merit Mushrooms. Shiimake has an amber hue and a fruity aroma with a slightly sweet, flavourful taste due to the Shiitake mushrooms and the double-fermentation process. Serve between 8-12°C and enjoy alongside appetisers or meals. 9% ABV. 330ml bottle.
