Use Information
Place one tea bag in 150ml of boiling water, cover and let sit for 15 minutes before drinking, to allow the water to extract all the nutrients out of the powdered mushroom.
Storage Information
Keep stored in a dark place and at ambient temperature. Check best before date on label.
Note: With every opening, the mushrooms will begin absorbing moisture from the air. We recommend that once opened, you use them as soon as possible.
